目的:通过实验验证眼异物计算机定位系统的准确性。方法:在离体眼球球壁上埋植金属异物制成球壁异物模型。拍摄巴氏义眼片,用计算机定位。与定位图定位法比较,结果进行卡方检验。结果:计算机定位误差<1mm的占82.5%以上,变异系数在2%以内。与定位图定位法差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:该系统具有较高的准确度和精密度。其定位准确率明显高于定位图法。特别对球壁及近球壁异物的判定更有意义。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the accuracy of computer-based positioning system for foreign bodies by experiments. Methods: Foreign bodies were implanted with metal foreign bodies on the wall of isolated eye ball to make spherical wall foreign body model. Pasteur film shot, using computer positioning. Compared with the positioning map positioning method, the results were chi square test. Results: Computer error <1mm accounted for more than 82.5%, coefficient of variation within 2%. There was significant difference with the positioning map method (P <0.05). Conclusion: The system has high accuracy and precision. Its positioning accuracy is significantly higher than the positioning method. In particular, the determination of ball wall and near-ball wall foreign body makes more sense.
