(二)蔬菜栽培制度与栽培技术1.轮作复种技术:新疆在蔬菜栽培方面,对复种相当重视,同时积累了一些经验.根据伊犁及乌鲁木齐郊区菜农多年的经验,认为最忌连作的有西瓜、茄子、辣椒、马铃薯、豇豆、菜豆及大白菜等,时间短者需隔2—4年,长者需隔8—12年;而菠菜、水萝卜、胡萝卜等则不忌连作,其他各种蔬菜一般轮作一年.复种基本上可分为五种形式,北疆玛纳斯河流域如农七师、八师等各农场,气候条件较为严冷,一般一年多为1—2次;南疆喀什、莎车气候较暖,无霜期较长,一般一年栽培2—3次.
