英国哲学家培根说过:“书,是人类进步的阶梯。”这句话大家都很熟悉。但培根还进一步说:“读史使人明智,读诗使人灵秀,数学使人周密,科学使人深刻,伦理学使人庄重,逻辑修辞之学使人善辩,凡有所学,皆成性格。”在今天这样一个高速运转,信息爆炸的时代,我们还要读书吗?的确,在今天,读书有时是件“麻烦”事。它需要你付出时间,付出精力,还要付出一份心境。许多更急迫的事情,都会排在读书的前面,而且,似乎我们平时不读书,我们的工作和生活也不会受到什么影响。那么,今天我们读书的意义又是什么呢?
