石墨布是一种新型电热材料。这种材料塑性好,便于加工,辐射面积大,抗热冲击性能好,电阻温度系数较小。石墨毡与耐火纤维毡是新型耐火隔热材料,它们具有导热系数小,隔热性能好,热容量小,耐急冷急热性好等优点。因此,在真空热处理炉上得到了日益广泛地应用。我厂研制成功的真空炉采用了石墨布加热,石墨毡与耐火纤维毡隔热。炉子的加热室断面结构示于图1。两层总厚为16mm的石墨毡与一层20mm厚的耐火纤维毡直接铺设在碳钢制的钢板网架上,然后用钼丝(或石墨绳)将其捆扎在钢板网上。为了炉温更均匀,六条宽180mm的石墨布电热元件呈等边六角形沿轴向水平布置。石墨布电热元件用石墨压板、石墨螺钉压紧
Graphite cloth is a new type of electric material. This material plasticity, ease of processing, radiation area, thermal shock resistance, resistance temperature coefficient smaller. Two layers of graphite felt with a total thickness of 16 mm and a layer of 20 mm thick fire-resistant fiber mats are laid directly on a steel grid plate made of carbon steel and then bundled with a molybdenum wire (or graphite rope) on the steel plate net.
