对101份回收的调查表进行分析,以发现调查对象感兴趣的疾病信息,是否愿意学习如何使用互联网络查找高品质的健康信息资源以及其在获取医疗健康信息中遇到的主要困难等。指出信息工作者应根据北美华人语言和文化的特点推荐权威性、可靠性、针对性强的、高质量的健康信息资源并介绍网络健康信息质量评估方法,以提高对华人的医疗健康信息服务质量。
101 questionnaires collected for recovery were analyzed to find out the information of the disease which the respondents were interested in, whether they would like to learn how to use the Internet to find high-quality health information resources and their main difficulties in obtaining medical and health information. It is pointed out that information workers should recommend authoritative, reliable, targeted and high-quality health information resources according to the characteristics of North American Chinese language and culture and introduce the evaluation methods of network health information quality so as to improve the service quality of Chinese medical health information .
