目的:建立制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱采用Alltech Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-缓冲液(0.2 g庚烷磺酸钠、3.5 g磷酸二氢钾定容至1 000 mL)(9∶91)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长259 nm,柱温30℃。结果:八角枫碱在0.024 95~0.499 g·L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率98.73%(n=6),RSD 0.915%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,专属性强,可作为制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法,以控制制八角枫的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of star anise in maple. METHODS: Alltech Apollo C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used in the column with acetonitrile-buffer (0.2 g heptane sulfonate and 3.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate to 1000 mL) (9:91) As mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was 259 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linearities of the star anise ranged from 0.024 95 to 0.499 g · L -1 (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recoveries were 98.73% (n = 6) and 0.915% RSD. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and specific. It can be used as a method for the determination of star anise in star anise maple to control the quality of star anise.
