一、概述1.测量依据JJG1025-2007《恒定加力速度建筑材料试验机检定规程》。2.测量标准标准测力计,测量范围:(1~1000)kN,准确度等级:0.1级。3.测量环境温度为25℃,相对湿度≤60%。4.测量方法在规定条件下,通过试验机施加负荷使标准测力计产生弹性变形,应变式标准测力计把力的信号转换成电信号,由指示器读取。试验机示值的算术平均值与标准测力仪上的标准力值之差即为试验机的示值误差。

Measurement standards Standard dynamometer, measuring range: (1 ~ 1000) kN, accuracy rating: 0.1 level. 3. Measurement environment temperature is 25 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 60%. 4. Measurement methods Under specified conditions, the load exerted by the test machine to make the standard dynamometer elastic deformation, strain gauge dynamometer to force the signal into electrical signals read by the indicator. The difference between the arithmetic mean value of the test machine indication and the standard force value on the standard dynamometer is the indication error of the testing machine.
