目的探索在彝族地区开展艾滋病大规模流行病学调查的有效方法。方法引进虹膜身份识别技术,在大规模的全民体检中,将虹膜信息与个人基本信息关联,在关键环节通过虹膜技术进行身份识别,杜绝冒名顶替给数据信息带来的混乱。结果现场体检10 104人,全部都采集到虹膜信息,采集时间在10 s内完成,识别可在1 s内完成。现场5名冒名顶替或重复体检者被有效识别,避免了虚假信息给数据库带来的混乱。结论通过虹膜进行身份识别,能有效解决既往彝族地区大规模调查信息混乱的问题,为准确摸清当地疫情,建立居民电子健康档案奠定了基础。
Objective To explore an effective method to carry out a large-scale epidemiological investigation of AIDS in the Yi area. Methods The iris recognition technology was introduced to correlate iris information with personal information in a large-scale medical examination. At the key point, iris technology was used to identify and eliminate the confusion caused by impostor data. Results A total of 10 104 people were examined on site, all of which collected iris information. The collection time was completed within 10 seconds and the identification could be completed within 1 second. The scene of 5 impostors or repeated physical examination were effectively identified, to avoid the confusion caused by false information to the database. Conclusion Identification by iris can effectively solve the problem of large-scale survey information confusion in the Yi area, which lays the foundation for accurately locating the epidemic and establishing the electronic health records of residents.
