应用胶束增溶苯基荧光酮分光光度法测定了尿中锗,研究了成人口服Ge—132后尿药的排泄规律。测尿中锗的平均回收率为98.1~104.3%,不同浓度测定结果的日内和日间变异系数均小于5%,检出限为0.012μg/ml。主要药动学参数Ka0.451h~(-1):K0.292h~(-1):tmax2.73h。
The micellar solubilization of phenylfluorone spectrophotometry was used to determine the urinary germanium and the excretion of urinary Ge-132 after oral administration was studied. The average recoveries of germanium in urine were 98.1% -104.3%. The intra-and inter-day coefficients of variation for different concentrations were less than 5% with a detection limit of 0.012μg / ml. The main pharmacokinetic parameters Ka0.451h ~ (-1): K0.292h ~ (-1): tmax2.73h.
