目的 探讨小切口超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术(三联手术)的安全性和有效性。方法 应用小切口三联手术对47例(51眼)青光眼合并白内障患者进行手术治疗。结果 术后随访6-48个月。闭角型青光眼组:术前平均眼压4.27±0.78kpa(1kpa=7.5mmHg),术后最终平均眼压为2.02±0.98kpa,术后随访最终矫正视力≥0.5者占83.3％。开角型青光眼组:术前平均眼压4.21±0.82kpa,术后最终平均眼压为1.95±0.78kpa,术后随访最终矫正视力≥0.5者占71.4％。结论超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术,具有安全、快捷、眼压控制理想等优点。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of small incision phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy (triple surgery). Methods A total of 47 patients (51 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were treated with small incision and triple operation. Results The patients were followed up for 6-48 months. In the angle-closure glaucoma group, the average preoperative intraocular pressure was 4.27 ± 0.78kpa (1kpa = 7.5mmHg). The mean postoperative intraocular pressure was 2.02 ± 0.98kpa. The final corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 was 83.3%. Open angle glaucoma group: preoperative average intraocular pressure 4.21 ± 0.82kpa, postoperative average final intraocular pressure was 1.95 ± 0.78kpa, postoperative follow-up final corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 accounted for 71.4%. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy has the advantages of safety, quickness and ideal intraocular pressure control.
