外墙保温系统的发展顺应了现代化建筑施工的节能设计的发展。目前,国内聚氨酯外墙内保温系统的优势是操作简单、施工成本低,但也存在能耗高的问题,特别是在室内温度低的情况下。同时,外墙外保温系统尽管保温效果好,但也因为材料较厚而存在结构不问题的问题。本文分别从外墙的内保温和外保温两个方面简单分析了聚氨酯保温材料应用,促进我国外墙保温系统的建设发展。
The development of exterior insulation system conforms to the development of energy-saving design in modern building construction. At present, the advantages of domestic polyurethane exterior insulation system are simple operation, low construction cost, but also the problem of high energy consumption, especially in the case of low indoor temperature. At the same time, the exterior insulation system despite the insulation effect is good, but because of the thick material there is the problem of structural problems. In this paper, we simply analyze the application of polyurethane insulation materials from two aspects of internal and external thermal insulation of exterior wall to promote the construction and development of exterior wall thermal insulation system in our country.
