叶綠素首由J.Pelletler及J.B.Cavontou氏(1818)所提出。1913年R.Willstatter氏推定其化学构造。古来本剂用于治疗皮肤創伤及感染有效。1.2.3)此后亦应用于消化性潰瘍的治疗(4)。本剂对于肝脏的作用研究,1951年J. E. Me. Closkey及F. H. Me. Gehee氏(5)就白鼠实驗(使用水溶性叶綠素誘导体二毫升,在四氯化碳投与前24小时,注射于白鼠皮下),认为有防止肝細胞坏死作用。最近多数学者(6-12)相继报告对动物实驗,认为叶綠素誘导体有防止及恢复四氯化碳实驗性肝損害的功效,同时在临床方面对急慢性肝炎的治疗,亦証明有良效。我們用叶綠素銅鈉盐对动物及临床实驗
