特大跨异型系杆钢拱桥的成桥状态确定至关重要。采用基于影响矩阵的综合方法确定合理成桥索力,该方法考虑了系杆拱桥各吊杆间受力的相互影响;并采用Ansys Workbench有限元程序,建立了杭州市运河二通道358m大跨度异型钢拱桥有限元模型,通过结合刚性吊杆法和自动调索法确定吊杆的合理张拉力。以合理成桥索力为目标索力,采用影响矩阵法确定有应力状态下吊杆的施工张拉力,索力调整后与目标索力进行对比,误差控制在3%以内,达到了索力优化调整的目标。
It is very important to determine the bridge status of the large span shaped tie bar steel arch bridge. A comprehensive method based on the influence matrix is used to determine the reasonable cable force. The method takes into account the mutual influence of the forces between the suspenders of the tied arch bridge. The Ansys Workbench finite element program is used to establish the 358m long-span profile of the second canal of Hangzhou Canal. Steel arch bridge finite element model, through the combination of rigid boom method and automatic cable method to determine the reasonable tension of the boom. With reasonable cable force as the target cable force, the influence matrix method is used to determine the construction tension of the boom under the condition of stress. After the cable force is adjusted, the tension force is compared with the target cable force, and the error is controlled within 3% The goal of adjustment.
