根据国务院“三北”防护林建设领导小组的建议,林业部“三北”防护林建设局组织七名专家组,于一九八四年十月二十五日至十一月十日,对我省的乾安、农安、德惠、榆树、怀德、前郭等县的“三北”防护林情况进行了考察。我随专家组同行半个月,历经二千余公里,所见所闻,受益非浅。现结合专家们的意见与建议,谈谈个人的点滴体会。一、我省“三北”防护林建设的基本概况我省中西部的十七个市、县是“三北”防护林建设第一期工程的主要组成部分。区域面
