上海市电力公司《每周动态》2003-10-20报道 2003年10月13日,上海市电力公司召开第三季度扩大办公会议,帅军庆主持会议,指出下阶段要着重做好6项工作: 一是确保安全生产,及早抓好今冬明春和明年迎峰度夏工作。帅军庆特别强调一把手在安全工作中的责任和作用,表示自己将一如继往关心重视安全生产,尽最大努力与分管同志共同做好安全生产工作。他希望各单位一把手也真正负起责来,扭转当前安全生产被动局面。
