目前,长江航运管理体制明显不适应长江航运的发展要求,需要进行体制改革。本文从长江航运管理体制的现状出发,结合长江航运管理体制存在的问题,提出长江航运管理体制改革的两个阶段,供决策者参考。
At present, the shipping management system of the Yangtze River obviously does not meet the requirements of the development of the Yangtze River shipping and requires institutional reform. Based on the current situation of the shipping management system in the Yangtze River and combined with the existing problems of the shipping management system in the Yangtze River, this paper proposes two stages for the reform of the shipping management system in the Yangtze River for policy makers’ reference.
