臧传龙自从1985年担任校长以来,风雨兼程,一路奋斗,一路凯歌。当职教校长,他所在的职业中学成为首批在省教委备案的学校之一;当四中校长,四中旧貌换新颜,成为全县首批晋升为齐齐哈尔市规范化建设合格初中;当高中校长,第三中学教育教学实现了跨越式发展,特别是为了促进县中等职业技术教育的发展,优化教育结构,合理配置教育资源,他又开创了普职教育结合的新局面。他的工作得到了全县人民和各级领导的充分肯定和赞誉。他多次被授予市县级先进工作者、市德育先进工作者、模范党务工作者和优秀党员、市“三育人”先进个人、市优秀校长、市劳动模范、省职业教育优秀校长等光荣称号。臧传龙深知这是父老乡亲对他的厚爱与期望,他深知“一名好校长就是一所好学校”。挑起这副重担,他无怨无悔、兢兢业业。1996年10月,臧传龙被任命为第三中学党支部书记、校长。此时,历史又为他施展才华提供了一个舞台,同时也使他面临着更为严峻的考验。作为一所普通高中,生存、发展、飞跃这一连串的挑战活生生地摆在他面前。经过缜密思考,针对三中实际,他着手制定了学校近期目标和远景规划,确定了“以人为本,以德治校”的办学宗旨,明确了以创办“特色型示范高中”为核心的奋斗目标。

In October 1996, Zang Chuanlong was appointed secretary and principal of the Party branch of the Third High School. In this case, history has provided a stage for him to display their talent, but also so that he faces a more severe test. As a normal senior high school, the series of challenges of living, developing and leaping are vividly placed before him. After careful thinking, in response to the actual situation of the Third Plenary Session, he set out the school's short-term goals and long-term plans, determined the mission of “people-oriented and ethics-based school management”, and defined the goal of establishing a “model high school” as the core.
