本文介绍一种新型压力传感器的基本结构、特性参数，提供了三种简单的温度补偿线路，以扩宽传感器的工作温度范围．最后还介绍了一种波传感器的应用实例。
This article describes the basic structure of a new pressure sensor, the characteristic parameters, provides three simple temperature compensation circuit to widen the sensor’s operating temperature range. Finally also introduced a kind of wave sensor application example.
