应邀去太原参加赵树理学术讨论会。23日开会,我22日上午到达。闲来无事,于是在宾馆周围转转,无意中转到了赵树理故居,征得主人张志安先生(赵树理研究中心主任)同意,于是进去参观。头一回渎到赵树理的《小二黑结婚》、《李有才板话》是1946年,那时我在广州石牌中山大学中文系读书。记不得是哪位同学从香港带回来这两本薄薄的小册子,马上在进步同学中间传播开来了。真是一新耳目。在这之前,我读过原《广西日报》昭平版副刊编辑陈闲先生从香港寄给我的《论联合政府》,我非常向往书中所描述的民主自由的解放区。这回,我终于在赵树理的小说中见识到这个新天地了。我读过许多中外古今
