五、评价计分方法企业效绩评价的主要计分方法是功效系数法,用于计量指标的评价计分;辅助计分方法是综合分析判断法,用于评议指标的评价计分。根据评价指标体系的三层次结构,企业效绩评价的计分方法分为基本指标计分方法、修正指标计分方法、评议指标计分方法和定量与定性结合计分方法。(一)基本指标计分方法基本指标计分方法是指运用企业效绩评价基本指标,将指标实际值对照相应评价标准值,计算各项指标实际得分。计算公式为:基本指标总得分=Σ单项基本指标得分单项基本指标得分=本档基础分+调整分本档基础分=指标权数×本档标准系数调整分=[(实际值-本档标准值)/(上档标准值-本档标准值)]×(上档基础分-本档基础分)
V. Evaluation scoring method The main scoring method for enterprise performance evaluation is the efficacy coefficient method, which is used for the evaluation score of the measurement index; the auxiliary scoring method is the comprehensive analysis judgment method, which is used to evaluate the scores of the evaluation indicators. According to the three-level structure of the evaluation index system, the scoring methods of the company’s performance evaluation are divided into the basic index scoring method, the revised index scoring method, the evaluation index scoring method, and the quantitative and qualitative combination scoring method. (I) Basic index scoring method The basic index scoring method refers to the use of basic indicators of business performance evaluation. The actual value of the indicator is compared with the corresponding evaluation standard value to calculate the actual score of each indicator. The formula is: Total score of basic index = Σ Single basic index score Single basic index score = Basic score of this file + Adjustment sub-file Basic score = Index weight * The standard coefficient adjustment score = [(actual value - this file standard Value) / (upper standard value - the standard value of this file)] × (upper file basis - the basis of this file)
