随着经济全球化进程的加速,科学技术日新月异,文化传播更加便捷,各国之间文化的相互影响更加深刻。文化在推动经济发展,社会全面进步中的基础性、战略性作用日益突出,“文化软实力”被各国争相摆上综合国力竞争的竞技场。改革开放以来,我国文化建设也取得巨大成就,文化产业蓬勃发展。但同时也存在文化产业总体竞争力不强,配套产业还不完善,企业发展战略和策略与市场脱节等问题。因此,我国文化产业的发展已成为国家发展战略的重要组成。
