I. Preface China’s northeast region is located in the center of Northeast Asia. During the long-term historical development, the region has a close relationship with the surrounding areas. The prominent Korean Peninsula in the southeastern part of northeast China is the main connecting point and bridge between the mainland and Japan. Archeology of Northeast Asia, which takes the ancient culture and its interrelationship in the northeast and northeast Asian regions as an example, should be one of the most important research topics.
