党的十五大报告关于党的建设的内容十分丰富,在认真学习和深入贯彻时,需要着重把握以下五条: 第一,牢牢把握党的建设的指导思想。报告指出:“党的领导和党的建设,历来是同党的历史任务,同党为实现这些任务而确立的理论和路线联系在一起的。” 这是十五大的一个新概括。这里揭示了党的建设与党的任务及理论和路线的关系,实际上也提出了新时期党的建设必须遵循的指导思想,那就是:高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,坚持党的基本路线不动摇,为把建设有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向21世纪服务。
The report on the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China contains very rich contents about party building. When studying and thoroughly studying it, we must emphasize the following five points: First, firmly grasp the guiding ideology of party building. The report pointed out: “Party leadership and party building have always been linked to the party’s historical tasks and to the theories and routes established by the party in realizing these tasks.” This is a new general outline of the 15th Party Congress. Here it reveals the relationship between the party’s construction and the party’s tasks, theories and routes. In fact, it also proposes the guiding principle that must be followed in party building in the new period. That is: holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, upholding the party’s unshakeable basic line, Putting the Cause of Building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics to a Full 21st Century Service.
