党的十八大把“科学发展观”确立为党的行动指南,也是企业的指导思想。本文主要探讨以“科学发展观”为指导,结合工会保障的特点,在开展企业工会保障工作过程中积累的点滴体会。
The 18th CPC National Congress established the “scientific concept of development” as the guiding principle for the party’s operation and as the guiding ideology of the enterprise. This paper mainly discusses the experiences gained in the process of safeguarding trade union with the guideline of “scientific concept of development” and the characteristics of trade union protection.
