2016年3月28—29日,全军大型医疗设备配置论证与国际招标需求会审会在北京举行。中央军委后勤保障部卫生局刘殿荣副局长、后勤保障部采购管理局招标管理处樊秦良处长出席会议并讲话。来自全军及武警部队各大单位卫生部(局)机关、医学院校、医疗机构等单位负责人和有关专家500余人参加了会议。后勤保障部卫生局药品器材处纪春雷处长主持会议。
From March 28 to March 29, 2016, the military large-scale medical equipment disposition demonstration and the international bidding demand review meeting were held in Beijing. Liu Dangrong, deputy director of the Health Bureau of the Logistics Department of the Central Military Commission, and Fan Qinliang, director of the bidding administration office of the Logistics Administration Purchasing Authority attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
