中国五矿化工进出口商会石油分会6月7日在京举行成立大会暨第一次会员大会。外经贸部部长助理高虎城和中国五矿化工进出口商会会长陈浩然出席会议并发表重要讲话。外经贸部外经贸司、人事司以及从事石油进出口业务的40余个商会会员单位的领导等共60余人参加了会议。中国联合石油有限责任公司副总经理刘仲秋也出席了会议。 高虎城指出,根据我国加入WTO的承诺,石油市场将逐步放开,政府的微观管理职能正逐步弱化。为了适应我国加入世贸组织后石油贸易经营主体的多元化,更好地协调石油进出口贸易,中国五矿化工进出口商会决定成立石油分会,外经贸部对这一探索给予充分肯定,并对石油商会的成立表示热烈祝贺。高虎城说,作为相对独立的中介组织,进出口商会承担着宣传贯彻国家对外经济
China Minmetals Chemical Import and Export Chamber of Commerce Branch of oil June 7 in Beijing held the inaugural meeting and the first member meeting. Gao Hucheng, Assistant Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and Chen Haoran, president of China Minmetals Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Chemicals attended and delivered an important speech. Gao Hucheng pointed out that according to China’s commitment to join the WTO, the oil market will gradually be liberalized and the micro-management function of the government is gradually weakened. In order to adapt to the diversification of the main oil trading entities after China’s accession to the WTO and to better coordinate the import and export of petroleum, China Minmetals Import and Export Chamber of Commerce decided to set up oil chapters.
