目的：对针刀结合针灸治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的疗效进行观察评价。方法：将我院2011年6月-2013年6月收治120例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者随机分为实验组、对照 A 组和对照 B 组，实验组40例患者采用针灸结合针刀治疗，对照 A 组40例患者单纯采用针灸治疗，对照 B 组40例患者单纯采用针刀治疗，对比三组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组的治疗效果显著优于对照 A 组和对照 B 组，P ＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对椎间盘源性下腰痛采用针刀结合针灸进行治疗具有治疗效果好，远期疗效理想，在临床上值得推广应用。“,”objective:the needle knife combined with acupuncture in treatment of intervertebral disc source of low back pain to observe curative ef ect evaluation.Methods:from June 2011 -June 2013 treated 120 cases of intervertebral disc source sex low back pain patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group A and control group B,the experi-mental group 40 cases were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with needle knife therapy and control group A only with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of 40 patients,40 cases in control group B patients only with needle knife therapy,compare the treatment ef ects of three groups of patients.Results:the therapeutic ef ect of experimental group was superior to that of control group A and control group B,P <0.05,the dif erence is statistical y significant.Conclusion:the disc source sex combined with acupuncture treatment with low back pain with needle knife therapy ef ect is good,the long -term curative ef ect is ideal,is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
