第三次海峡两岸海上通航学术研讨会于今年8月8日至10日在大连召开。台湾方面派出了40多人组成的代表团赴会,会议研讨的主题是台湾海峡航海保障及两岸通航的经营管理。在这次会议上交流了近40篇学术论文,现摘登部分论文,供有关人士参考。
The 3rd Cross-Strait Maritime Navigational Symposium was held in Dalian from August 8 to August 10 this year. Taiwan sent a delegation of more than 40 people to attend the conference. The theme of the conference was the management of navigation across the Taiwan Strait and cross-Strait navigation. Nearly 40 academic papers were exchanged at this meeting, and some papers are now on hand for reference by relevant parties.
