益母草为唇形科植物。益母草的全草性微寒、味辛微苦。具有祛痰生新,活血调经等功能。现代药学研究认为,益母草能显著增强子宫肌肉的收缩力和紧张性,并有明显的利尿,抗动脉粥样硬化,抗血小板聚集,抗血栓,抗心肌缺血,降压,改善微循环,解痉,抗炎,利尿,抗菌等作用。益母草复合制剂是最近几年兴起的一种添加剂,将益母草制剂在养殖产业中应用能够很好的提高鸡群的生产能力,经济效益较高。笔者主要结合实际情况,就益母草复合添加剂在三黄种鸡中的应用效果进行了分析。
