随着图书馆服务理念的不断提升,各大高校纷纷开展学科馆员服务。由于馆员在实际工作中受到各种条件的制约,服务工作存在很多不足。虚拟学科馆员系统软件的开发就是为了弥补学科馆员工作中存在的缺陷。如何开发和应用这款软件,使其更好地服务于教学科研工作,值得所有图书馆员认真探讨。本文首先分析了传统高校学科馆员工作的缺陷;其次总结了虚拟学科馆员系统软件的三大服务优势;最后提出了虚拟学科馆员系统开发过程中会遇到的问题。
With the continuous improvement of library service concept, major colleges and universities have carried out subject librarian services. Due to the fact that librarians are restricted by various conditions in practical work, there are many deficiencies in service work. The development of virtual subject librarian system software is to make up for the deficiencies in the work of subject librarians. How to develop and apply this software to make it better serve the teaching and research work, it is worth all the librarians seriously. This paper first analyzes the defects of the traditional librarianship in universities and colleges; secondly, it summarizes the three major service advantages of the virtual subject librarian system software; finally, it puts forward the problems that will be encountered in the development of the virtual subject librarian system.
