核素心肌断层显像是诊断冠心病的一种无创伤性检查方法,近年来我们通过对60例病人心肌断层显像、心电图平板负荷试验的对比观察及8~12个月的随访观察,初步探讨了~(99)Tc-MIBI心肌断层显像在冠心病诊断及预后评价中的价值。 1 资料和方法 1.1 病例选择:临床确诊为冠心病者36例,男性34例,女性2例;可疑冠心病者24例,男性23例,女性1例,年龄均在45~70岁之间。冠心病及可疑冠心病的诊断标准参考1979年全国中西医结合防治冠心病、心绞痛、心律失常研究座谈会修订的冠心病诊断标准,随访时间为8~12个月。
Radionuclide myocardial imaging is a noninvasive diagnostic method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
