本文研究了侧脑室注入LaCl3对大鼠血清中生长系(GH)、甲状腺素(T3,T4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)和下丘脑中生长抑素(SS)的影响。侧脑室注射0001和001mol·L-1LaCl3,血清中T4和GH含量明显高于对照组(P<005,P<001),01和05mol·L-1LaCl3组血清T4和GH未见明显变化。侧脑室多次注射01mol·L-1LaCl3血清GH,T3,T4和TSH均明显增加(P<005),0001mol·L-1组血清激素无明显变化。在血清激素明显变化动物的下丘脑中SS含量均明显降低,说明一定量LaCl3注入脑室内可促进生长素和甲状腺素的分泌,其作用机制与下丘脑中SS抑素减少及腺垂体中TSH增多有关
This study investigated the effects of intracerebroventricular injection of LaCl3 on growth hormone (GH), thyroxine (T3, T4), thyrotropin (TSH) and somatostatin (SS) in the hypothalamus. Intracerebroventricular injection of 0001 and 001mol·L-1LaCl3, serum T4 and GH levels were significantly higher than the control group (P <0 05, P <0 01), 0 1 and 0 5mol·L- 1LaCl3 serum T4 and GH no significant change. Multiple intracerebroventricular injection of 0.1 mol·L-1 LaCl3 serum GH, T3, T4 and TSH were significantly increased (P <0 05), 0 001mol·L-1 serum hormone did not change significantly. The content of SS in the hypothalamus of animals with significant changes of serum hormone were significantly decreased, indicating that a certain amount of LaCl3 injected into the ventricle can promote the secretion of auxin and thyroxine, and its mechanism of action is related to the decrease of SS in the hypothalamus and the increase of TSH in the pituitary related
