目的 了解“总量控制、结构调整”改革举措的实施结果。方法 对医院的医疗、疾病构成及经济运行指标进行了分析。结果 提高了医疗质量和工作效率,医疗和药品的收入均控制在规定的标准范围。结论 “总量控制、结构调整”符合当前卫生改革的趋势。
Objective To understand the results of implementation of reform measures for “total control and structural adjustment.” Methods The hospital’s medical treatment, disease composition and economic performance indicators were analyzed. As a result, the quality of medical care and work efficiency were improved, and medical and pharmaceutical revenues were controlled within the prescribed standards. Conclusion “Total amount control and structural adjustment” is in line with the current trend of health reform.
