本文介绍输卵管埋线加银夹阻断的一种新型女性绝育术,在动物实验的基础上于1979年用于临床,共施术1381例,术后3个月以上至67个月受术者共1365例,其中6例失访,随访率达99.5%,1359例中失败15例。其累计成功率为97.6%,文内对器械设计、操作方法,术中安全及术后并发症进行了介绍,认为是一种安全、有效、利于复通的绝育术。
This article describes a new type of female sterility treated with catgut embedding and silver clip occlusion. On the basis of animal experiments, 1381 cases were used for clinical and co-operation in 1979, and more than 3 months to 67 months after operation A total of 1365 cases, of which 6 were lost to follow-up rate of 99.5%, 1359 cases of failure in 15 cases. The cumulative success rate of 97.6%, the article on the instrument design, operation methods, intraoperative safety and postoperative complications were introduced, that is a safe, effective, conducive to the restoration of the pass.
