近年来.我国房地产业飞速发展.这对拉动内需、带动国民经济增长起到了重要作用。房地产本身作为暴利行业,以土地为基础的增值空间很大,使大多数房地产商会尽力争取高利润,再加上国内的购房和投资需要,使得房价越炒越高,这都是房地产泡沫产生的原因。本文对我国房地产行业是否存在泡沫,存在泡沫的程度如何等问题进行了实证研究。本文主要采用四种指标来测量房地产泡沫的程度。一、基于常用统计指标的实证分析(一)房地产泡沫常用统计指标介绍
