目的:探讨促细胞凋亡基因bax在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义.方法:采用SABC免疫组化方法观察了71例上皮性卵巢肿瘤标本中Bax的表达.结果:Bax在恶性、交界性及良性卵巢肿瘤中的阳性率分别为40.5%,62.5%和38.9%,三者无明显差异(P>0.05),早期及晚期卵巢癌的阳性率分别为50.0%和37.9%,二者无显著差异(P>0.05),在I~II病理分级中的阳性率分别为66.7%,40.0%和23.1%,I与II级间差异显著(P<0.05).结论:bax在上皮性卵巢癌中有高表达,Bax的表达与肿瘤的病理分级成反比,而与肿瘤的良恶性及临床分期无关
3. Objective : To investigate the expression and significance of proapoptotic gene bax in epithelial ovarian tumors. METHODS: The expression of Bax in epithelial ovarian tumor specimens was observed by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of Bax in malignant, borderline and benign ovarian tumors were 40.5%, 62.5% and 38.9% respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05). Early and late ovaries The positive rates of cancer were 50.0% and 37.9%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The positive rates in the I-II pathological grade were 66.7% and 40.0%, respectively. And 23.1%, I and II levels were significantly different (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Bax is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer, and the expression of Bax is inversely related to the pathological grade of the tumor, but not to benign or malignant tumors and clinical stages.
