以工程中常见的焊接梁结构为对象,把焊接部位模化成等截面弹性梁结构,建立梁—焊接部位—梁系统动力学模型。利用传递矩阵法,推导了子结构的传递矩阵,得到了焊接梁系统的动态响应表达式,并详细讨论了焊接梁结构尺寸和参数对系统动态性能的影响。搭建了典型焊接梁实物模型,测试了焊接梁的加速度频响,结果表明,所建立的焊接梁力学模型正确。
The welding beam structure which is common in engineering is taken as the object, and the welded part is modeled into a constant cross-section elastic beam structure, and the beam-welding part-beam system dynamic model is established. Using the transfer matrix method, the transfer matrix of the substructure is deduced and the dynamic response expression of the welded beam system is obtained. The influence of the structure size and parameters of the welded beam on the dynamic performance of the system is discussed in detail. A typical welded beam model was built and the frequency response of the welded beam was tested. The results show that the mechanical model of the welded beam is correct.
