目的制备三黄水并建立其质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对制剂中黄芩、黄柏进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定此制剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果黄芩、黄柏的薄层鉴别专属性强;黄芩苷线性范围为黄芩苷9.3μg-45μg,平均回收率为99.36%,RSD=0.7%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,为三黄水的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To prepare three yellow water and establish its quality control method. Methods The qualitative identification of Astragalus membranaceus and Phellodendron chinense in the preparations was carried out by TLC method. The content of baicalin in the preparations was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The identification of the thin layer of Astragalus membranaceus and Phellodendron amurense was strong. The linear range of baicalin was baicalin 9.3 μg-45 μg. The average recovery was 99.36% and the RSD was 0.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and reproducible, providing a basis for the quality control of Sanhuangshui.
