1989年11月15日在上海市机电局老干部活动室举行了《国外内燃机》创刊20周年。《内燃机工程》创刊10周年和《内燃机文摘》创刊5周年纪念座谈联谊会。会议在热烈欢乐气氛中进行,到会代表102人。中共上海市委宣传部副部长刘吉、上海市内燃机学会理事长顾宏中教授、《上海科技报》总编张仲修到会祝贺并作了讲话。作为《国外内燃机》和《内燃机工程》创始人之一的刘吉副部长说:“我参加今天的会议百感交集。我们有过同甘共苦,确实感到深深的爱,感到创业之艰,守业之难。大家有一种强烈的事业心和责任感。这种艰苦创业精神值得发扬。中国内燃行业的进步中有这三本杂志的贡献。内燃机技术水平的提高是在一代又一
On November 15, 1989, the 20th anniversary of the founding of “Foreign Internal Combustion Engines” was held in the activity room of veteran cadres in Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Electrical and Mechanical Services. The 10th Anniversary of “Internal Combustion Engine Engineering” and the 5th Anniversary Symposium for “Digest of Internal Combustion Engine”. The meeting was held in a warm and happy atmosphere and there were 102 delegates. Liu Ji, Vice Minister of Propaganda Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Professor Gu Hongzhong, Chairman of Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Society, and Zhang Zhongxiu, Editor of Shanghai Science and Technology Daily attended the meeting and made speeches. Deputy Minister Liu Ji, one of the founders of “Foreign Internal Combustion Engines” and “Internal Combustion Engine Engineering,” said: "I have mixed feelings in today’s meeting. We have had a common love with each other and shared a deep feeling of true love.
