推导了冷轧变形热计算公式及变形热所引起的轧件温升计算公式,并应用所推导出的公式计算了铝箔轧制时的温升。采用了刚粘塑性材料模型,考虑了温升所引起的软化效应。
The calculation formula of deformation temperature and the temperature rise caused by deformation heat are deduced. The temperature rise of aluminum foil is calculated by using the formula. Adopted a rigid viscoplastic material model, taking into account the softening effect caused by temperature rise.
