我国主要的环氧树脂生产大省——江苏,在建和拟建的环氧氯丙烷项目已有4套,总投资22亿元,每年可实现销售收入40亿元左右,生产能力12万t/a。泰兴市经济开发区三碟化工项目,由江苏三木集团与日本蝶理株式会社合资兴办,占地550亩、总投资8亿元,主要生产氯丙烯、环氧氯丙烷等系列产品。除形成3万t/a环氧氯丙烷产能外,还包括2万t/a净水装置及污水处理厂,配套的3．5万t/a通用码头,后两者作为配套设施已于今年1月开工建设、可望于8月竣工。全部工程预计2007年1月竣工,投产后预计年销售收入可达20亿元。
