目前,人们对工业生产中的环保,健康,安全问题的意识逐步增强。同时,核监管组织修改了用于等离子喷枪设备材料(钍钨电极)的相关政策,增加了常用钍钨材料供应的难度。鉴于一个更加安全、可持续工作环境,Oerlikon Metco开发出无钍喷嘴,并被证明跟传统含钍喷嘴相比,拥有更长的使用寿命。研究结果显示,钨成分组成的变化导致涂层性能寿命的延长。为了比较含钍和无钍喷嘴,在相同喷涂工艺参数下,通过喷嘴的持续工作时间来评价微观结构、涂层性能参数、硬度、颗粒状态和原位压力。
At present, people are increasingly aware of environmental protection, health and safety issues in industrial production. In the meantime, the nuclear regulatory body has revised the relevant policy for plasma torch equipment materials (thoriated tungsten electrodes), increasing the difficulty of supplying thoriated tungsten materials. Oerlikon Metco developed a thorium-free nozzle for a safer, more sustainable working environment and proved to have a longer lifetime compared to conventional thorium-containing nozzles. The results show that changes in the composition of tungsten lead to coating performance life extension. In order to compare thoriated and thorium-free nozzles, microstructures, coating performance parameters, hardness, particle state and in situ pressure were evaluated by the continuous working hours of the nozzles under the same spray process parameters.
