以木质素磺酸钙为原料,用过氧化氢在酸性条件下对其氧化,在与羟甲基化-磺化三聚氰胺缩合得到一种新型改性木钙减水剂。用SEM对其结构进行表征,并对改性木钙水泥净浆性能进行测试。其结果表明,改性木钙最佳合成条件为:过氧化氢用量为6%;亚硫酸氢钠用量为1.1mol;羟甲基化-磺化三聚氰胺用量为80%;缩合反应时间为2h。当水灰比为0.35,掺量为0.5%时,其净浆流动度达到普通市售萘系水平。
Using calcium lignosulfonate as raw material, hydrogen peroxide is oxidized with hydrogen peroxide under acidic condition, and a new type modified wood calcium superplasticizer is obtained by condensation with hydroxymethylated-sulfonated melamine. Its structure was characterized by SEM, and the properties of the modified kaolin cement paste were tested. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions of modified calcium were as follows: the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 6%; the dosage of sodium bisulfite was 1.1mol; the dosage of hydroxymethylated-sulfonated melamine was 80%; the condensation reaction time was 2h. When the water-cement ratio is 0.35 and the dosage is 0.5%, the fluidity of the paste reaches the ordinary commercial level of naphthalene.
