本文系统地叙述了重钢2450轧机改造工程的始末,并对投产后的效益和发挥效益的注意事项作了简要的分析。重钢不失时机地集中资金用于改造五厂中板轧机,同时在轧机选型和施工准备上做了许多工作。十八冶承包了这项工程,把进度要求和质量指标按承包制进行施工。经过双方的共同努力,使工程提前竣工投产,为重钢的重大技术改造工程树立了投资省、用钱当、工期短的好榜样。
This article systematically describes the beginning and end of the reconstruction project of the heavy steel 2450 mill and gives a brief analysis of the benefits after the commencement of production and the considerations for giving benefits. At the same time, Chongqing Iron and Steel took the time to focus its funds on the transformation of the fifth-plate medium-sized plate mill and at the same time did a lot of work on the selection and construction preparation of the mill. Eighteen Metallurgical contracted the project, the progress of the requirements and quality indicators according to the contractor system construction. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the project was completed and put into operation ahead of schedule. It has set a good example for the major technical renovation projects of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in terms of investment, money and short construction period.
