2013年12月29日,甘肃省某医院累计收治79例以恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、头晕等症状为主的患者,部分伴有高烧、全身疼痛、乏力等症状,省市区疾病预防控制中心随即开展了现场流行病学调查采样与实验室检测工作。判定为一起由肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒暴发事件。1材料与方法1.1样品20份留样食品,15例现症患者和8名厨师的肛拭子,2份粪便标本,7份环境及食品加工用具
