二十多年前有一部美国的电视连续剧叫《成长的烦恼》非常红火,因为观众在这个剧中,能看出自己在成长过程中的许多喜悦和烦恼,有共鸣。对一个还处于成长期的企业来说,也是如此,在入世背景下,一个成长企业是否能可持续发展,有一个重要因素——核心竞争力。在第五届“当代经理人论坛年会暨中国成长企业CEO峰会”上,我们请到了蒙牛乳业集团总裁牛根生,河北春蕾集团副总经理赵贵民,吉林修正药业集团董事长修涞贵,北京点击科技有限公司总经理王志东,浙江均瑶集团董事长王均瑶,科尔尼公司大中华区总裁朱伟几位企业家,就成长企业核心竞争力话题各抒己见。
Twenty years ago there was a thriving American television series called Growing Trouble, because the audience was able to see how much their joy and annoyance during their growth resonated. The same is true for an enterprise that is still growing up. In the context of WTO accession, there is an important factor in a growing enterprise's sustainability - its core competitiveness. At the 5th Annual Conference of Contemporary Managers and CEO Summit of China's Growth Enterprises, we invited Niu Gensheng, the president of Mengniu Dairy Group, Zhao Guimin, vice president of Hebei Chunlei Group, and the chairman of Jilin Amendment Pharmaceutical Group Wang Zhidong, general manager of Beijing Click Technology Co., Ltd., Wang Junyao, chairman of Zhejiang Junyao Group Co., Ltd. and Zhu Wei, president of Kearney Greater China Region, expressed their opinions on the topics of the core competitiveness of growth enterprises.
