目的:探讨大鼠纹状体的内部结构特征。方法:应用胆碱酯酶组织化学染色方法,研究纹状体从嘴侧到尾侧不同冠状切面的细胞组织形态特性。结果:在整个纹状体内的任一冠状切面上,均存在边界较清楚、大小不同的斑块状淡染色区纹状小体(patch)和其周围面积较大的深染色区基质(matrix),二者相间分布;从嘴侧到尾侧,纹状体呈现深染区域逐渐增多的变化趋势,即靠近嘴侧的纹状体以patch为主,而靠近尾侧的纹状体则以matrix为主;从内侧向外侧,纹状体也呈现出matrix逐渐增多的变化趋势;胆碱酯酶染色阳性神经元主要分布在matrix区域。结论:纹状体内部具有patch镶嵌在matrix中的细胞构筑特征,并存在着matrix所占比例从嘴侧到尾侧及从内侧向外侧逐渐增大的分布趋势,这种内部细胞构筑的复杂性与不均一性可能是纹状体对运动具有学习与记忆能力等多种生理功能的结构基础,为进一步探讨纹状体内的不同区域在运动中的作用奠定了基础。
Objective: To investigate the internal structure of striatum in rats. Methods: Cholinesterase histochemical staining was used to study the morphological characteristics of the coronal section of the striatum from the corpus to the caudal coronal section. Results: In any coronal section of the whole striatum, patchy lightly stained patches with a clear border and different sizes existed, and darker stained area matrices with larger surrounding areas existed. , Both of which were distributed among them. From the mouth side to the caudal side, the striatum showed a gradually increasing trend of dark staining, that is, the striatum near the mouth side was mainly patch, while the striatum near the caudal side was dominated by matrix Mainly from the medial to the lateral, striatum also showed a matrix of increasing trend; cholinesterase positive neurons were mainly distributed in the matrix region. CONCLUSION: There are cell construction features in the striatum with patch embedded in the matrix, and there is a tendency that the proportion of matrix increases gradually from the mouth side to the caudal side and from the medial side to the lateral side. The complexity of this internal cell construction And inhomogeneity may be the structural basis for the multiple physiological functions of the striatum, such as learning and memory, that lay the foundation for further exploring the role of different regions in the striatum during exercise.
