Background: Patellar fracture is a common kind of fracture in clinic.Preservation of patella,early functional exercise, effectively fixation and anatomical reduction were necessary for rehabilitation of knee movement.Nickel titanium patellar convergence (NT PC) make early functional exercise and favorable prognosis become available . Objective:To discuss impact of NT PC on rehabilitation following patellar fracture. rn
