本文分析了传统医师考核的弊端和平衡记分卡在医师绩效考核上的优势:从财务、顾客、内部业务、学习与成长四个维度进行全面考核,与医院战略发展一致;明确医生的工作目标和努力方向;将各项指标量化,使考核更具有可操作性和说服力;分层次制定指标更有针对性,同时提出医师平衡记分卡绩效考核的实施过程和注意事项。
This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional physician assessments and the advantages of balanced scorecards in physician performance assessment: It conducts comprehensive assessments from the four dimensions of finance, customers, internal business, learning and growth, and is consistent with the development of hospital strategy; Efforts are being made to quantify the indicators to make them more operative and persuasive. Targets are formulated more specifically at different levels. At the same time, the implementation process and precautions for performance evaluation of physician balanced scorecards are proposed.
