多年来,笔者于临床以柴胡疏肝散为主治疗多种疾病,收效显著。兹举验案三则,以资佐证。1 冠心病 曹某,女,67岁。1996年4月22日就诊。自觉心胸闷而隐痛,连及左肋下及背部,睡眠差,多梦,嗳气频频,胃纳不佳,舌质淡有紫气,苔薄白,脉弦而迟。心电图示:冠心病,窦性心动过缓,心率55次/min。病由肝郁气滞,痰瘀痹阻,胸阳不展所致。治当疏肝解郁,化痰通阳,方选柴胡疏肝散合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤加减:香
Over the years, the author treated the disease mainly with Bupleurum Shugan Powder in the clinic and achieved significant results. Three trials were carried out for verification. 1 Coronary heart disease Cao, female, 67 years old. Visited on April 22, 1996. Feeling conscious and distressed and painful, even with the left ribs and back, poor sleep, dreams, frequent suffocation, poor appetite, pale purple tongue, thin white fur, pulse string and late. ECG: coronary heart disease, sinus bradycardia, heart rate 55 beats/min. The disease is caused by liver qi stagnation, phlegm stagnation, and chest yang deficiency.
